    Paid Services Terms of Service

    These terms govern the paid websites, SEO, and marketing services offered by Custom Detailing Authority (CDA), operating the ShieldID Network paid-services program.

    Effective Date: September 2, 2026

    Services

    CDA offers website launch, SEO care, and growth system services for independent automotive shops. The specific scope of services is defined in the agreed proposal or engagement letter.

    Pricing and Orders

    Displayed services and prices are informational and not a binding offer. An engagement begins only with an accepted written proposal, order, or statement of work and any required initial payment. Current offer pricing includes Website Launch at $2,500 setup plus $199/month care, SEO Care at $750/month for an initial 90 days, and Growth System at $1,500/month plus client-paid advertising spend. A founding-client website offer of $1,995 setup plus $199/month care is available for the first three independent automotive clients. Final pricing is confirmed in the agreed proposal.

    Payment

    Payment terms are specified in the agreed proposal or invoice. Services may be paused or discontinued for non-payment.

    Cancellation

    Fees, cancellation, earned work, committed third-party costs, credits, and refunds are governed by the signed Order and applicable law.

    Intellectual Property

    Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final delivered website content and assets as specified in the agreed proposal. CDA retains ownership of its tools, templates, and processes. Domain and core client accounts should remain client-owned unless the signed Order says otherwise.

    Client Responsibilities

    The client agrees to provide accurate business information, respond to requests for content approval, and provide access to necessary accounts and materials as reasonably required to deliver the services.

    No Guarantee

    CDA does not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, booked work, or revenue outcomes. SEO and marketing results depend on many factors outside CDA's control.

    Limitation

    Any direct-liability cap for paid services must be stated in a signed Order; nothing in these Terms limits nonwaivable liability.

    Disputes

    These Site Terms impose no mandatory arbitration and no jury waiver. Disputes are governed by California law, with good-faith informal resolution attempted first, and Riverside County state or federal venue, subject to mandatory law.

    Advertising Spend and Accounts

    Advertising spend is separate and paid directly to the platform when practical. Domain and core client accounts should remain client-owned unless the signed Order says otherwise.

    Case Studies

    Public case-study use requires separate written permission.

    Separation from ShieldID Membership

    Paid marketing services are separate from ShieldID membership, directory listing, Vetted status, referrals, testing, certification, and warranty. Purchasing services does not confer or improve ShieldID status.
