By accessing or using the ShieldID Network website and directory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Directory Service

ShieldID Network provides a curated directory of automotive protection installers. We offer routing and matchmaking services to connect you with these independent shops.

Independent Member Shops

All shops listed in the directory are independent businesses. ShieldID Network does not perform the automotive services and is not a party to any contract or transaction between you and the shop. The shop is solely responsible for all work performed.

Member Labels and Warranties

Our directory uses labels such as "Basic Member" and "Vetted Member" to indicate a shop's evaluation status with us. Basic Members maintain an active profile and are responsible for their own jobs. Vetted Members have completed our visual proof and customer experience evaluation process. Qualifying Vetted Member work may be eligible for manufacturer limited-warranty coverage only where written manufacturer terms apply. ShieldID Network itself does not guarantee or provide warranties for the services performed.

Limitation of Liability

ShieldID Network and its partners (including CDA Auto Styling and Total Internet) shall not be liable for any damages, disputes, or issues arising from your use of the directory or any services provided by the independent member shops.
